Spiced fried prawns or scampi tails or squid rounds
Ingredients
- 24 peeled prawns (or squid, scampi, whole fish )
- 50g butter, with splash of olive oil
- 5g of ground cumin
- 5g coriander
- 5g of ground ginger
- 3g ground paprika
- 5g caraway seeds
- 5g sesame seeds
- 1 crushed garlic clove
Method
- Heat oil and butter in large frying pan, add all spices and seeds to pan
- Add prawns or your seafood alternative, add a squeeze of a lemon to your own taste (perhaps half a small lemon squeezed)
- Quick cook in 3-6 minutes on high heat
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
